Quality brass nozzles

For non-abrasive filaments such as PLA/PLA+. Chamfered design and polished internal cavity reduces friction and prevents clogging. The mounting face is smooth polished to ensure a snug fitting and prevent leakage.

Note: brass is a soft metal! Over-tightening the nozzle in the heat block will result in the nozzle shearing-off the thread and be a pain in the backside to remove the threaded portion from the hot end. If this happens, we recommend using “easy outs”. Alternatively, you can drill-out and repair with a thread insert. Usually though, given the low cost of heat blocks, you can just ditch the old one and replace it.

Stainless steel nozzles
